The GORE-TEX fabric with C-KNIT™ backer is engineered to be lightweight, stretchy, and comfortable to wear. The fabric is constructed with three different layers that are laminated together. There is a tightly knitted polyester layer on the outside with a soft hand feel. In the middle, the GORE-TEX membrane is located and on the inside close to the skin there is the innovative C-KNIT™ backer. The C-KNIT™ backer is an extremely thin and soft mesh, that weighs only 20gr/m2, and creates superior next-to-skin comfort and a ‘slide & glide’ effect to reduce friction with garments worn underneath.
